I consent to the processing of my personal data within the scope indicated in the Information on the Processing of Personal Data. The administrator of your personal data is the School With Class Foundation based in Warsaw at Śniadeckich 19, email: fundacja@szkolazklasa.org.pl, tel. 518 287 625. Provision of data and consent to their processing are voluntary but necessary for participation in the Be Internet Awesome Conference. The data is processed for the purpose of participation in the conference. Your personal data may be shared with the sponsors of the programmes in which you participate for the purposes of financial control of these programmes, based on the legitimate interests of the School With Class Foundation and the sponsors related to the need to control how the funds are spent. Data may also be entrusted for processing to entities that provide services to School With Class Foundation involving the processing of personal data, with the proviso that these entities do not acquire the right to process the data themselves, but only to carry out the instructions of School With Class Foundation in this respect. Personal data shall be stored until the expiry of the statute of limitations for claims or until the expiry of the period for the retention of programme documentation required by the sponsors or until the expiry of the period resulting from the applicable regulations for bookkeeping, the longest period is applicable. You have the right to request access, rectification, erasure or restriction of processing, the right to object to processing and the right to data portability. The permissibility of exercising individual rights depends on the legal basis for the specific processing. You have the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority (Personal Data Protection Office).
